Tyres Puncture After ~6 Laps | EA Case Open for Over a Month

I honestly don't know what else I am supposed to do at this point.

My EA Support case regarding this issue has been open for over a month, and my Career Mode is still practically unplayable. My tyres puncture after approximately six laps, making it impossible to complete normal races.I have waited for over a month and the only information I continue to receive is that the issue is still being investigated. No fix, no timeframe and no meaningful update.What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a Career Mode issue that I cannot fix myself, as I do not have access to the relevant career data.I also asked whether any form of compensation would be considered after being unable to properly play my Career for over a month. I was told that taking action regarding compensation during the investigation could potentially have long-term effects on my account, but I was not given a clear explanation of what that actually means.At this point, I would simply like to know whether anyone else has experienced this issue. Are there other players whose tyres are puncturing extremely quickly in Career Mode?
