[PC][Steam] Tienda - no me permite comprar FC Points

Buenas, no se si soy yo el primero en sucederle esto, pero estoy intentando realizar una compra de FC Points y autorizo la compra en Steam que es la plataforma donde me compre el FC 24 Ultimate Edition, pero jamás se llega a completar dicha compra.

¿Alguna solución?

Dejo captura de la ventana de steam donde autorizo la compra, una vez autorizado, jamás llega a completarse y no obtengo los FC Points. Ni aparece ningún mensaje de aviso de que ha ocurrido un error, etc.

También indicar que claramente tampoco se pierde el dinero de mi cartera de Steam.

@EA_Lanna Hi, today the issue is happening to me that i authorize the purchase for FC coins in steam and they load up but the coins are not added to my account. the money is not used as well so at the moment i do not lose any money but i am unable to purchase FC coins. I hope this could get fixed soon and thanks.
