HELP PLZ! FC24

Hello everyone, I play on X-Box, I have assembled a good lineup, I went on vacation with a PC and a joystick at hand, I think I’ll go from my computer, download ea play and continue to play with the same lineup in UT. I go in and oh horror, the creation of a new lineup, it’s as if I haven’t played at all, what should I do, how can I log in to the PC where I play on the x-box in UT?
