Squad battles rewards disappeare?!?!?!?!?

dear EA FC Support

furst of all it was very hard for me to get to you guys and tell you my problem since you dont even have an email or phone number to reach out, for such a big company like ea it is really a shame and I dont understand why?

however this all wouldnt have been nessesary if I wouldnt have been a victim of a glitch in ea fc24

I played squad battles to eran rewards and xp, and when I wanted to claim them now the new page poppped up for the squad battles for this week, bit no rewards appeared?!?????? Wtf is this

please help 🙂
