Game Crashes or Redirects to EA App After Login (Steam)

I purchased the game on Steam, and every time I try to play, the game redirects me to the EA app after I enter my login details on the screen attached. I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps but haven’t had any success. Is there a fix for this, or should I wait for an update?

Steps I’ve Tried:

1. Running Both Steam and EA App as Administrator

   Right-click Steam and the EA app > Run as administrator.

2. Re-linking Steam and EA Accounts

   Logged into my EA account > Account Settings > Connections.Unlinked and relinked my Steam account.

3. Clearing the EA App Cache

   Opened the EA app > Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache.

4. Reinstalling the EA App

   Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app from EA’s website.

5. Disabling Overlays

   Turned off the Steam Overlay in the game’s properties.Disabled other overlays like Discord and NVIDIA GeForce Experience.

6. Antivirus and Firewall Exceptions

   Added exceptions for Steam, EA app, and the game in my antivirus and firewall.

7. Verifying Game Files on Steam

   Right-clicked the game in Steam > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.

8. Launching Directly from the EA App

   Tried launching the game from the EA app instead of Steam.

If there’s no immediate fix, I’m wondering if I should wait for an EA update, or if there’s something else I can try?
