I haven't recieved my Welcome back packs on EA FC 25 Web app

I havent recieved Starter/ welcome back packs on EA FC 25, all my friends recieved some packs some of them tradeble etc.

i logged on but did not get anything jus the nations pack you choose at the start.

i have played EA FC 24 and i have around 700 games, i am DIV 3 on Rivals.

does someone have the same problem
