I didnt get my rivals rewards today from div 1 and 45 points

What can we do now? I got also division 1 and didn’t get anything. Contactinf EA is almost impossible
I have other issues, i don’t receive any rewards when i achieve a challenge. I ranked up 2 times in the season and didn’t recieve any packs (level1-2)
