Can‘t Open Packs

Yesterday in the Night i get a free pack out of a pack. Now i cannot Open this pack. Every time i try, i ger kicked out of the Shop, and of i try on the phone, i get kicked logged out. Now, because this pack cannot be opened, i cannot Open Order Packs.
