Can’t open pack need help now.

  • Platform: Xbox series x 
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: itskdolla 
  • ea username: ethesquire 
  • Name of the pack you opened: seasonal supply pack or seasonal boost pack. 
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: breakthrough totw pack I think 
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Console 
  • Approximate timestamp: 8PM on 3/5/25
