Can’t redeem pack

Is the issue where we can’t redeem our free packs going to be fixed?

it’s been two days now since I’ve had the issue, I don’t think this should be a hard issue to fix… 

I am wanting to open my packs for fut birthday tomorrow I hope this gets fixed today but it probably won’t knowing ea.
