CAN NOT REDEEM SILVER PACK

EA this is my first year playing UT and I’m still getting a hang of it all and today I came across a silver pack that has to be redeemed and I’ve tried several times but it won’t redeem I tried on the EA companion app and still still the same. Is there a way to fix this? *card.desc.FreeSilver
