i can't open no more packs....

i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw 80-84 pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item
