I can't open packs on my console or app

Question

it have been more than 24 hours and i can't open packs because i got a gold pack inside a mega pack that i can't redeem neither from the console nor from the app. i can't do SBCs and i can't open packs because of this bug thousands of users have the same problem and we all have sent emails and wrote complains on the forum and EA didn't take action. i really feel so disappointed that the users don't matter to the game in wich we give its value i hope we get compensation on this issue soon because its so unprofessional and annoying&nbsp;

İ ve same issue too i cant open packs because of a pack called "unlock 1 player pack". İf i try to open it it saya EA serves cant reach fut

I have the same problem it doesnt let me open packs and it ruins the whole game&nbsp;

Same on ps5 give the same message really annoying just trying open the rest of my packs
