Single gold player pack in my store from a Marquee Matchups pack won't claim.

I’m having the exact same issue with the same pack from a mega pack. New pack in the code they haven’t figured out?

I have exactly the same problem with the same package from megapack on ps 5. the problem is not solved!

Same problem until now, I deleted the game and downloaded it, but the same problem

same poblem here, tried everything, got in contact with ea support and didn't receive any solution yet.

since yesterday 20:00 i am trying to open my packs, can't open my rivals rewards and nothing because this pack is stuck and can't be redeeemed
