Temporada 7 retornou ao nível 1 e zerou SP (antigo XP)

I was level 36 or 37 in Season 7 and about 2 days ago I logged into my account and I was back to level 1 with 0 SP. I accessed to check either through the console (PS4) or through the Companion or Web App and it was at level 1 and remains so until now, adding SP from zero.
