URGENT HELP - BUG

- Name of the pack you opened: i cant remember
- Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: gold rare packet (card.desc.freegoldpack)
- Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? no
- Approximate timestamp: yesterday
When opening any package, I get a warning that an item is available and I am directed to this package. When opening this package, I get the error "An error occurred while connecting to the ultimate time servers". There is also an error on the webapp. I added a ss. Urgent help.
