Bug modo carrera

Hello, good morning, Fc 25, I just had a bug in career mode. I won my match to go to the semi-finals with my team and it says I was eliminated. I have a clip of how I went to the semi-finals since I won on penalties. If you could help me with this, I would appreciate it.
