Refresh Fantasy League

Hi,
Yesterday morning I checked the timer for the Fantasy League (12) and saw that I had a full day to complete the 12. I did my second round ending up with 20 wins with the refresh timer on 12 hours left for the next refresh. Today I wanted to finish the league and was not amused to find out it did not refresh. Why was the timer there. I thought I had enough time to complete the league and now im emty handed.
