I opened a mega pack on the webapp, that i got from Rivals. Then i got a loanplayerpack in the megapack, but i can't claim the loanplayerpack. Everytime i try, i get kicked out from the store, and logged out on webapp. I have tried on console, but it just kicks me out, from the store.
This has been happening for at least 24 hours. Its ridiculous that this isn't fixed by now
Ea your company is trash!! Multi billion pounds worth company and can't sort out a pack glitch. I'm sure when it starts hurting your pockets when people can't buy packs tomorrow it will be fixed. You fixed the toty/tots messi glitch within minutes last year but you can't fix this? Pathetic!!
Same here been over 24 hours for me and ea done nothing was looking forward to fut birthday but now I can’t open any packs sort this glitch out
