Cant open pack..so my store is stucked as others..

Ps5 console...tried to open a loan pack and stucked and wont let me discard or anything else so my store is close..how can i report this bug to ea??so they can try to solve the issue on my account as long as the other users that face the same problem as far i see from the comments...
