Can't redeem gold loan pack or open new packs
Same issue as many here - a pack that won't redeem and when i try it just says problem connecting to server. Had this for 2 days now and was most way through the casillas sbc.
Need to get the many packs I've accumulated opened to complete - problem is I can't now. Have the fear all my hard work on that sbc to date will be lost if this isn't fixed in the next couple of days.
If the sbc times out is there a way of EA giving me all my players used in that sbc back to use on one that isn't expired??
Hopefully this is fixed soon - really didn't think it would take this long so hadn't posted originally.
