error gold card ( unlock card.desc.freeplay...?)

Question

A gold card appears (unlock card.desc.FreePlay... ?). It doesn't open. If I click on it, I get the message (Login unavailable We are currently having problems with our authentication services. While we are working on them, you can try connecting from your console or computer to get the full Ultimate Team Football experience.) I click ok and it disconnects me. I can't open the packages I have!
