I can't claim a pack

  • Platform: im on playstation 5
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Shark02442
  • Name of the pack you opened: mega pack from my division rivals reward
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 1 gold pack
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? no I got it as a reward
  • Approximate timestamp: today around 2pm 

every time I go to open another pack on the store it says I have items I need to manage so I click ok then I try to claim the pack and it says "there was a problem connecting to the Football ultimate Team servers. please try again later."  I have restarted my console 5 times tried the web app multiple times same problem tried the companion app and still the same problem. 

please can you sort this problem out asap as I want to open some packs and have an enjoyable Fifa experience.
