if EA is trying to solve the problem?

Does anyone know if EA is trying to solve the problem? Is this a general problem or are we the unlucky few?

    Ah ok, thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this too then. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim to pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.

I bought a store pack yesterday which gave a 75+2 player pack. That pack won't open and therefore I cannot open any other packs. 

 

  • Platform: PS5
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Bonjela_0121
  • Name of the pack you opened: store pack bought with fc points.
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 75+2 Rare Player Pack 
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? : console.
  • Approximate timestamp: 13:30uk time. 05/03/2025.
