Issue with Redeeming Loan Packs

Question

I got a loan pack from a gold pack and I am now having issues redeeming that pack. As a result, I can not open any other packs. It is showing login unavailable when I try to redeem on the web app and companion app and showing there is a problem connecting to football ultimate team server on PS5. Anyone have similar issues? What do I do?
