Loan pack stuck in my claim items.

same issue still not resolving

  • Platform: PC
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: [edit: email address removed] gerswarrior2025
  • Name of the pack you opened: gold pack
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: loan pack
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Opened on companion app
  • Approximate timestamp: 6pm 4.4.25
