Hello, I cant redeem gold pack from another pack.

Platform: ps4

PSN/Xbox Gamertag: pajanos2 

Name of the pack you opened: Gold pack

Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Gold rare pack

Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Console(draft reward)
