U didnt helped at anthing

i cant open the loan psck and i wrote two times they marked it as solved but guess what no i still csnt open my packs. You should be thankfull that we customers are buying and paying into the spent crazy time into it. Its crazy scripting since 1 week its like a complete different fc game since 1 week. I have a much much better team now and i lose like crazy against everyon in division 3. I am someone who was elite league in every game with less players than other and know i have a acceptsvle team with ur bad packs but know i guess the script u have bugged in my team that i lose crazy since a week. Solve the problems and make that we get the packs at least. Everyone is saying what im saying. This game is at a unaccsptable status right know and i guess next year is near the half of the player numbers from right now that will buy or touch the next fc 26
