Won’t let me open any packs due to one being unable to claim

Just keeps saying “there was a problem connecting to the ultimate team servers”

So many people I think are having this problem. They say they are on it. It would be nice if there was some kind of update or ETA. I have 9 packs just waiting because I can't throw a free gold pack in the sell tab or actually open it.
