Glitched pack unable to claim

Hi the same thing happened to me with a rare mega pack. I have a player pack to claim and it disconnects each time. 

  • Platform: Xbox
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Vexoclast09
  • Name of the pack you opened: Rare Mega pack
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 1 Player pack
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? It was a champions qualifiers reward pack for 2 wins
  • Approximate timestamp: 2;21 pm est
