Missing rewards Ultimate Team

Hello EA Support, I completed the Tiny Tim objective in FC 26 Ultimate Team. The objective shows as completed and claimed, but I never received the Tim Cahill player item in my club, unassigned items, store, or packs.

Because of this, I can’t complete the remaining Tim Cahill objectives. I already restarted the game and checked my club, unassigned items, store, and quick sell recovery.
