FUT Champions Loss Due to Frozen Squad Screen (Did Not Finish Error)
Hello EA Support Team,
I am reporting a FUT Champions issue that resulted in an incorrect loss being applied to my record.
While loading into a FUT Champions match, the game became stuck on the squad lineup screen before kickoff. The match never started, and no controls were responsive. After waiting and attempting basic inputs, I disconnected and reconnected my controller to resolve the freeze.
This action immediately removed me from Ultimate Team and displayed a “Did Not Finish” message, and the match was counted as a loss, despite the game never reaching kickoff.

- Issue: Match stuck on squad/lineup screen (pre-kickoff)
- Outcome: Loss incorrectly assigned with “Did Not Finish”
