BUG XP PROCLUBS

I bought the eafc 26 toty edicao on 16/01/ 2026 and since then I can not upar my player. He gets stuck at level 1, I do not receive any kind of reward in whatever mode, apparently the game recognizes as if he was maximum level. Already tested in improvised match, rush, skill training and matches with my club, even then I could not. I also tried to buy coins in an attempt to remove the bug, I got the doll, but still when I play I do not get rewards. I hope that EA will solve this problem soon!

Comprei a edicao toty do eafc 26 no dia 16/01/ 2026 e desde então não consigo upar meu jogador. Ele fica preso no nivel 1, não recebo nenhum tipo de recompensa, seja em qual modo for, aparentemente o jogo reconhece como se ele estivesse nivel máximo. Já testei em partida improvisada, rush, treinos de habilidade e partidas com meu clube, mesmo assim não consegui. Tentei também upar comprando moedas na tentativa de remover o bug, consegui upar o boneco, mas ainda assim quando jogo não recebo recompensas. Espero que a EA resolva logo esse problema!
