Received Gold Harry Kane instead of 97 FOF Harry Kane after promo went live

I opened my pack at approximately 2:40 PM, after the FOF promotion went live at 2:00 PM. Harry Kane 97 FOF was already in packs, but I received the regular Gold Harry Kane (89) instead.

This appears to be incorrect, since the special version was available in packs at the time I opened my pack.

Please investigate this issue and compensate affected players if this is a bug.

I have screenshots showing the Gold Kane I packed and the FOF Kane being available in packs.
