Mystake on fc points

Hello i have bought ea fc 26 on steam but i do my fc points purchase on ea 

I wanted to bought 25 euro of fc 26 points but i made a mystale and i bought fc 25 points 

and because i have bought the game on steam when i go on the website it show that i dont have any game that i can ask a refund on 

How can i get a refund because i dont find anyway to contact the support
