Still waiting after more than 2 weeks – Please manually unlink my EA Account.

Hi,

It has now been more than two weeks, and I still have no solution.

I created a new EA Help case with all the information about my issue, but I have not received any response.

The problem started after changing the Nintendo profile linked to my EA Account. Since then, FC 26 on Nintendo Switch always shows "Unable to load information from the server" when I try to access the online modes.

I also noticed that the Unlink button is disabled, and it says I will only be able to unlink my account after 2026-12-27. Because of this, I cannot fix the problem myself.

Could someone from EA please manually unlink the Nintendo account from my EA Account, or review my account and perform the unlink if possible? I believe this is the only thing preventing me from playing FC 26 online.

I have been trying to solve this for over two weeks, and I would really appreciate any help.
