Input delay/PC

Whenever I join a match, everything is working fine for few seconds, sometimes up to a minute. Then suddenly there’s massive input delay, making it impossible to play.  Havent noticed the issue in Rush gamemode tho. If problem wont get solved soon i wish for a refund cause the online competetive modes are unplayable. DrxDiag Below.
