Купил игру FC26 по пред заказу.. поинтсы дали с опозданием на день.. икону все получили.. мне не дали.. почему?

Я вроде купил на пк ultimate edition а пак с кумиром не получил а другие получили как мне его получить
Dear ea team, im here only to report that I still didnt recive an icon pack from the ultimate edition, and today is already the 21th september.
Please help me solving the issue, as i bought the ultimate version only for the icon.
