broken player selection in the weekend league!!!

In part 26, the selection of opponents is even more broken than in part 25. In the screenshot, my opponent is at 8:6. He's currently at 4:0. Can you tell me what's wrong with the selection? The situation is similar in the divisions. I'm not even mentioning the TWO CHEATS in the same WL. JAVELIN AC and the selection team have done an excellent job, thank you.
