EA FC 26 Keeps Crashing After First Update
Hello EA team,
I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with EA FC 26. I’ve been unable to play the game properly for two months, even though I paid for the EA Play subscription. Everything worked perfectly before the first update, but since that update, the game keeps crashing constantly — sometimes during matches, sometimes even before they start.
Before the update, I played around 20 hours without any issues. After the update, the game became completely unstable.
My PC fully meets the system requirements. I have already tried every fix I could find online — verifying game files, reinstalling EA App, updating drivers, clearing cache, disabling overlays — nothing helps.
What’s even worse, I keep contacting EA Help through the official website, but it never registers a ticket or connects me to a live chat. It just sends me irrelevant help articles that don’t solve anything. Where is the actual customer service for paying players?
It’s been two months of constant crashes and zero proper support. This situation is unacceptable. Please escalate this issue to the technical team and provide a real solution — not another automated response.
