Problem with getting FC points and premium passes

Hello, I purchased the Ultimate version of FC 26 on October 4, 2025, but the premium pass still hasn't unlocked. I've restarted the game and my computer, but nothing helps. I also haven't received the 2,000 points for October, the second 2,000. Please help!
