Hello. I need urgent help from a Community Manager or Senior Support because linear chat advisors keep closing my tickets without any help. My EA account (Treequal) had its Steam link messed up due to a technical Steam Family Sharing glitch, not an intentional policy violation or account transfer. Now the "Unlink" button is greyed out because of the180-day cooldown restriction. I am the verified owner of my primary Steam account (ID: 76561198822514264). I have already created Case #248284610 and uploaded a comprehensive "Proofs.pdf" file with all my identity verification, receipts, and ownership details. I have also passed the email security code check with an advisor named Nitin, but he just dropped the chat and marked it resolved.
