Unable to Claim Rewards for “Diving In” Objective

Hello ! have completed the “Diving In” objective, but I cannot claim the rewards. The task is marked as completed, yet the “Claim Rewards” button is not available.                                            Could you please help me fix this issue so I can receive my rewards?
