Got a different thing than I picked in the Season Pass

So, hello there;
First of all I reached the level 28 with the Premium Season Pass. I then had the option to choose between pack and Evolution; Now the issue comes up as following, I held X on the evolution (on my PlayStation Controller) to pick up the Evolution, however what I ended up getting eitherway was the pack which I never chose?? I didn't realise till today where I wanted to use it, but it just wasn't there, which hinders me somewhat now

Hope I can get a resolution on this quickly, thanks

    Hallo Gjadse,
