FUT Champions – Two matches affected by suspected cheating/exploit

Hello,
I experienced suspicious and abnormal gameplay in two FUT Champions matches on EA SPORTS FC 27.

In both matches, I was winning by one goal before the issue occurred. Both matches then negatively affected my FUT Champions record and rewards.

These were my 1st and 4th FUT Champions matches of the session. I have screenshots and video evidence of what happened.

I already contacted EA Help. My support case is 256455216 and my player report case is 256463517.

I would like the game team to investigate the match logs and the opponents involved, and clarify whether the affected losses can be corrected or whether any compensation can be provided.

Thank you.
