Idea Title: Credit System for Career Mode

Description:

Add the option in Career Mode to take out a credit/loan for transfers, tied to future sporting results (winning a trophy, finishing top of the league, reaching a certain stage in European competitions).

How it could work:

The club can take a loan from a bank/sponsor to sign a player when the budget is a bit short before the transfer window closes

The loan is tied to a specific condition: for example, winning a trophy (league, cup, Champions League) within the season

If the condition is met, part of the prize money/bonuses automatically goes toward repaying the debt

If the condition is NOT met, there are penalties: reduced budget in the next window, reputation loss, restrictions on taking new loans

Different loan types with different risk levels: winning the domestic league (lower interest, easier to achieve) vs winning the Champions League (higher risk, but bigger loan amount available)

Why this is needed:

Right now, if you're a bit short on funds for a player you need and the transfer window is about to close, you just have to wait several months for the next window. A credit system would add more flexibility and strategy: you could take a risk and strengthen your squad now based on future results, or play it safe and wait for the next transfer window.
