Missing Foundations Objectives and Progression Bug

Subject: FC 27 Ultimate Team – Missing Foundations Objectives and Progression Bug

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with Foundations objectives in FC 27 Ultimate Team on PC (Steam).

When I first entered Ultimate Team, the “The Journey Begins” chapter was missing. The only chapter available is “First Team Dreams”, but it is locked and says “Complete the previous chapter to unlock it”.

My objectives show 0/0 or 0/1 and 0/5, and the progress does not update after playing matches.

The same problem occurs in both the PC game and the Companion App. I have already played matches, restarted the game, and checked the objectives again, but nothing has changed.

Could you please investigate my Ultimate Team account and help restore the missing Foundations objectives or fix my progression?

I would appreciate your help.

Thank you!
