Ultimate Team no Connection

Hello,

Since Friday, September 18th, 2026, I cannot access Ultimate Team on my main EA account. I always receive the message: “Communication with the EA servers has failed.”

I am playing on PS5. The important point is that my second EA account can access Ultimate Team immediately on the exact same PS5, using the same internet connection and the same FC 27 installation.

I have already restarted the game and PS5, completely reinstalled FC 27 and checked my EA account for penalties. There are no penalties or suspensions.

I have also tried contacting EA Support twice, but neither case appears under “My Cases” and I received no case number or confirmation email.

Could someone from EA please check whether there is an issue with my main EA account or Ultimate Team profile?
