Hall of FUT Tokens Refund Request – Mistakenly Claimed Hulk Instead of Pato

I’m writing to ask if it would be possible to get a refund for the Hall of FUT tokens I spent.

I intended to claim Pato, but I accidentally selected Hulk instead. I decided to give Hulk a fair chance and played quite a few matches with him, thinking that maybe he wouldn’t be such a bad option after all.

However, after using him for several games, I’ve realized that I simply don’t enjoy playing with him and I really regret my choice. I would much rather have Pato, which was the player I originally intended to claim.

I understand that this was my mistake, but the Hall of FUT tokens are extremely difficult and time-consuming to obtain. That’s why I wanted to ask whether EA could make an exception and refund the tokens from my mistaken selection, allowing me to claim Pato instead.

I would really appreciate any help with this. I understand if there are limitations regarding refunds, but I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed.
