Banned for nothing?
Hello,
On October 16th, I received an email informing me that I had been banned for 7 days for cheating. However, when I logged into the EA website to try to understand this decision, I saw that my ban was listed as permanent.
I genuinely don’t understand what is happening. I have never cheated. I don’t have any cheating software installed on my computer, I don’t snipe players on the transfer market, and I haven’t done anything that would justify a ban.
I have already submitted an appeal, but I still haven’t received any response. How long does it usually take to get a reply?
I was really looking forward to completing the Manzambi SBC, but now I’m going to miss it because of what seems to be a mistake on EA’s part.
After reading the rules, I’m wondering if my ban could have been triggered by the fact that I sometimes leave Rivals matches at 0-0. My internet connection is absolutely terrible, and I can literally only play one out of every two games properly.
Could it also be because I once gave a free win in Rivals to someone who had a weaker team?
I genuinely have no idea what I could have done wrong. I have never used cheats or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
If anyone from EA could look into my case and provide an explanation as soon as possible, I would really appreciate it.
I just want to understand why I’ve been banned and hopefully get this situation resolved before I miss out on more content.
Thank you for your time.
